The purpose of this ethical and anti-fraud channel is to serve as an accessible communication tool to receive confidential reports about potential actions that may have legal implications within the MADME Group, by its clients, employees, and suppliers, in accordance with Article 31 bis of the Penal Code and the Data Protection Law (LOPD). The MADME Group provides this means for the reception of complaint reports, which will then be investigated by the respective Compliance Officers, who will implement the solutions deemed most appropriate in each case.
